Xuejia, Tainan

Xuejia Township (Traditional Chinese: 學甲鎮) is a town of about 28,489 residents in Tainan County, Taiwan. The name of the township means "excellent academic achievement", in which the word "Xue" means academics, and the word "jia"is the top grade in the traditional Taiwanese grading system. There is a night market in Xuejia every Wednesday night.
